What we will and won't claim
Vantor is a daily firming cream. It presses a probiotic-powered formula into clean skin and lifts, firms, and hydrates over consistent use. It is not a filler or a filter, it will not erase deep lines overnight, and it works as one universal formula — not a miracle for every concern. That last claim is why this category has a bad reputation, and it's why the skin guide sits on the product page instead of the small print.
If your skin is deeply sensitized, or your concern sits outside what the cream targets, we'll tell you to wait — rather than take your money for a jar that was never going to match.
Why the guarantee is written the way it is
You cannot know if a lifting cream works until you have pressed it in and worn it through a day. So asking for an unused return would make the promise meaningless. Open it, wear it out, decide properly. If it isn't yours, we refund you — and you keep the jar.
