Why this page exists
Most review sections are a highlight reel. Five stars, cropped, sorted so the good ones sit on top. That's useful to the shop and useless to you — because the only review that would actually help you decide is the one from the person whose skin is closest to yours, and that's exactly the one that tends to get buried.
So we publish all of them. If it pilled, that gets posted. If it sat a touch heavy for oily skin, that gets posted. We'd rather lose a sale to an honest review than take money from someone this was never going to work for.
What we ask

A star rating on its own tells you almost nothing about a cream. We ask for three things instead.
Your skin type and main concern
Normal, dry, combination or sensitive — and whether it's sagging, dryness, dullness or fine lines. This is the single most useful thing you can tell the next reader.
How and when you applied it
Morning, night, or both — pressed or massaged, and whether you wore it under makeup. Application is half of whether a cream works.
How it looked after a few weeks
In daylight, not in the mirror right after — through a full day, a workout, or overnight. That's the review worth reading.
What we will not do
We don't buy reviews, we don't run incentives for five stars, and we don't delete critical ones. If you ever see a review here that reads like it was written by a marketer, tell us and we'll look into it. Reviews are never edited for content — we fix typos and nothing else.
